- Keith stubbs Review added: 2018.08.19★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆I had weald take over my policy from my last insurer's and received my renewal letter. I ring them up to pay for it and the person on the phone holds his hand over the receiver shouts my name across the office asking "Does anyone want to deal with me" he then says that the person that would deal with me is at lunch at then takes my number and that they will call me back. Well way to go on the professionalism front we'll that was Tuesday and 5 days later nothing! I have subsequently gone else where.
UPDATE: After the MD of Weald contacted me to assure me that steps have now been taken so that this type of incident will not happen again I have revised my review up from one star.
